New Church of Scientology of Moscow Opens a Mile from Red Square

Standing in Moscow’s central Garden Ring, just a mile from Red Square, the Church of Scientology has opened the doors of its first Ideal Org in the Russian Federation – the new Church of Scientology of Moscow.

Commemorating this new Scientology Church, Mr. David Miscavige, Chairman of the Board Religious Technology Center and ecclesiastical leader of the religion, declared: “It has been said that Russia cannot be understood with the intellect, that it cannot be measured by any common standard and that it can only be believed in. Well, let Russia now believe this: The Church that now stands in Moscow possesses a technology that is all but synonymous with the human spirit. It is a technology to bring forth the goodness in people and the greatness they are destined to achieve. It is a technology that is both kind and strong. It is a technology for freedom and wisdom.”

The new Church of Scientology of Moscow is located at:

Scientology Organizations Around the World Blog: 2010 in Review

Following was an auto-generated stats report on this blog, done up automatically by WordPress.  I thought it was quite good, and gave a quite good summary of the past year.   One of many blogs I’m keeping up right now on Scientology – but definitely some of my favorite subject matter!  Also – one more reason I love WordPress.  As a Scientologist, I’m sure you can imagine how I’m totally in agreement with how much work WordPress puts into statistics!  :)

The stats helper monkeys at WordPress.com mulled over how this blog did in 2010, and here’s a high level summary of its overall blog health:

Founding Church of Scientology, Washington D.C., on a Snowy Day

The Founding Church of Scientology in Washington D.C., opened up by Mr. David Miscavige in 1995.

On this particular day, DC had only gotten around 5 inches of snow. However, as I think there’s only 2 snowplows in the entire DC-Baltimore metropolitan area, it was enough snow to shut just about everything down to the point where not even Starbucks was open!
